Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya Fees Structure:
1. One-Time Payment (At the Time of Admission)
The one-time payment is required only at the time of admission and is non-refundable, except for the Caution Money deposit.
- Admission Fees (Non-Refundable): ₹50,000
This fee is payable once the admission is confirmed and is non-refundable. - Caution Money (Refundable, Interest-Free): ₹3,50,000
The caution money is a security deposit that is refundable when the student leaves the school, provided there are no dues. - Joining Kit Fee (Non-Refundable): ₹35,000
This fee covers the cost of providing the school uniform, bedding, and other essentials required when a student joins the school.
2. School Fee (Non-Refundable)
The school fee is charged term-wise and must be paid in two installments during the academic year. It covers tuition, boarding, and other regular school-related expenses.
- 1st Term Fee: ₹2,90,000
This is the fee for the first term of the academic year. - 2nd Term Fee (Due on 15th September): ₹2,51,000
The fee for the second term must be paid by 15th September each year.
3. Imprest Deposit (To Be Replenished at the End of Each Term)
The Imprest Deposit is an advance meant to cover personal expenses incurred during the term. These may include books, stationery, medical charges, house feasts, bank charges, transport, toiletries, etc.
- Imprest Deposit: ₹80,000
This deposit is to be replenished at the end of each term.

Important Notes Regarding Fees:
- The school will charge additional fees for special academic or activity classes, and for travel expenses related to outstation events or activities.
- Part payment of installments is not accepted in any case.
- The Imprest Deposit must always have a balance of ₹80,000 at the time of payment of both installments.
- Payments should be made via Bank Draft issued by a nationalized or scheduled bank in favor of the Principal, Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya, payable at Gwalior. Cheques or cash payments are not accepted.
- Late payment penalty: A penalty of 2% per month will be charged if the installment is not paid on time.
- Students whose fees are not paid on time will be struck off the school roll by the end of the term for which the fees are in arrears.
- Students will not be permitted to attend classes without paying their fees in full.
- For payments made via RTGS/NEFT/Direct Deposit, scanned copies of the pay slip or bank statements, duly signed by email, must be sent to the school for issuing fee receipts.
- Parents must give a minimum of three months’ notice for any intended withdrawal, with no less than three months’ notice.
